Company Description
Investment Grade Infrastructure Bond Fund is a closed-end investment trust created to invest in an actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of investment grade fixed income securities of issuers that own, operate or develop infrastructure assets in the United States. Fiera Capital Corporation is the manager and promoter of the Fund. The Manager is an independent investment firm with approximately $85 billion in assets under management as at September 30, 2014.
