COVID-19

As a responsible organization and employer, Desjardins's priority is the health and safety of our members, clients and employees.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve changed the hours of operation of some of our services. We’re making every effort to continue providing the high-quality service we’re known for.

Customer service

We’d like to inform you that for an indefinite period, Desjardins Online Brokerage offices located at 1170 Peel Street, Montreal and at Place de la Cité, Quebec, are closed to the public.

Our customer service hours have been changed. We’re now open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Clients are being asked to use Desjardins online and mobile services to reduce call volumes at customer contact centres for transactions and fund transfers.

Important notice: increase in delay for account openings

We're currently receiving a high number of account openings. The processing time is now approximately 5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your account is opened. Our Customer Service is experiencing a high volume of calls, therefore, we ask you not to contact us until you have received your welcome email.
