Rules

1) You must be a DisnatDirect client with an active account in good standing to participate in the promotion.

2) The 25 free trades ($125 in commission credits) will be credited to the client's account 3 months from the account opening date of the referred client assuming the referred account is still active and in good standing at that time. This credit is non-transferable.

3) The referred client must meet the account opening criteria of DisnatDirect, open an account and deposit the $10,000 required minimum.

4) The referred account must be a completely separate account from that of the client (different name and SIN number).

5) Transfer of funds from an already existing DisnatDirect account will not be accepted.

6) The referred client will receive 25 free trades ($125 in commission credits) as part of our "New Client Promotion". This credit is non-transferable and must be used within 3 months of credit date.

7) There is no limit as to the number of referred clients provided that the accounts comply with the above points.

8) The "refer a friend" 25 free trades ($125 in commission credits) must be used within 3 months of the credit date.

9) The commission credits are in Canadian dollars. A specific request by the client must be made in order to apply the credit to a US account.
The exchange rate of that date will be applied.

10) A person cannot refer an account in which they hold a power of attorney.

11) DisnatDirect reserves the right to limit or terminate the promotion at any time
