Note: The minimum commission per transaction is $45, calculated on
a daily basis. Flat commissions apply on orders of $2,000 or less: $45. The
commission is charged in the currency of the market traded. Cash delivery transactions:
$30 + applicable commissions. Euroclear buys or sells: $150 + applicable commissions.

and have non-standard minimum purchase amounts (list may change without notice): Beutel
Goodman, Cote 100, First Trust, GBC Funds, McLean Budden, O.I.Q.

charge (back-load) funds are charged a redemption fee by the fund company. Certain
funds are charged different commissions. Switches within the same fund family:
12 free switches per account, per year for most funds. Subsequent switches are
charged commissions ($32/$45). The fund company may charge a "short-term
trading" fee for funds switched within 90 days.
